No-Shows, Cancellations & Refunds It is extremely important to try and book your session for a time that works best for you. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations and no-show appointments can be a big inconvenience to myself and equally unfair to other clients who may have wanted the same time slot that you originally booked. If you need to cancel your session for any reason, you must notify me at least 24 hours prior to your original scheduled booking time in order to be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation request must be sent in writing, via email to: email@example.com or by using the contact form provided at the contact page. Please be advised that if you are not available for your session and I have not received at least 24 hours written notice of your intent to cancel, that I am unable to wait (or begin your session) any longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Under no circumstances will refunds be given to no-show appointments.
Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your session, please be aware that I am unable to accommodate “priority booking” and/or custom session dates/times that are beyond my booking calendar’s availability. Please also note that I do not offer refunds for rescheduled sessions. If rescheduling your appointment is necessary, I will offer you a full credit in the form of a coupon/voucher code that will be valid for a future session. However, please be aware that vouchers must be used within 60 days of the issue date and can only be redeemable via the booking system located at: https://design4awareness.com/bookings/. In order to be eligible for a full credit voucher, you must notify me at least 24 hours prior to your original scheduled booking time. Rescheduling requests must be sent via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form provided on the website’s contact-page. Rescheduling requests that do not meet all of these terms will not be eligible for a voucher.
Skype, Email and/or Phone Communication It is imperative that you enter your correct contact information on the booking form when scheduling a session. To avoid any confusion, it is important to check your Skype username, email and/or phone number for any punctuation or special characters. I will only call you on your Skype-username, and do not use Skype-phone-number connections. Cell phone numbers can come in handy though when I need to reach you before your live session. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to be sure to type your full and correct Skype username, email address or phone number on the booking form so that we can connect. I cannot be held responsible for session tardiness that is a result of typos or incorrect usernames, email addresses and/or phone numbers that you submit when you schedule your session. If your contact info changes before your session begins, I must receive your updated contact information via my email address (email@example.com) at least 24 hours before your session begins.
Session Confidentiality There shall be no third party or public disclosure of sessions that have been purchased by a client; whether oral, written or via public, media, digital, blogs, posts and/or internet. Both parties agree that all topics and content discussed in a session are indeed private and confidential and may only be shared in the above mentioned ways, either with the full permission of the client (like when they request the information to be shared themselves) or in ways that guarantee full anonymity of the client.
